In 1979, our founder reached the town of La Pineda on the Costa Dorada and began his career as an independent real estate agent in the most important company in the sector in this area. It was not long before he was the company's top-selling agent.
His hard work and entrepreneurial spirit led him to create Sant Just Real Estates in 1988, together with his family. The company was immediately destined to become the reference real estate company of La Pineda.
For several years the company underwent tremendous growth. It has four offices and three lines of business: Buying and selling of properties , Rental of tourist apartments and Rental of first-residence homes .
In 1996, Sant Just Real Estates participated for the first time in the development and marketing of residential resorts . Some of them have become emblematic in the area.
Some of the most significant ones are: Mare Internum, Acquamarina, Las Brisas, Anton, Los Juncos, Los Riscos, MaldivasI, Maldivas II, Maldivas III and Los Olivos.
In 2002, it promoted the construction of Gran Hotel La Hacienda , a four-star establishment with 260 rooms, which it will also manage for several years.
